Herwave Goa Getaway 2026 — Official Campaign Rules

1. Organiser

This campaign (“Campaign”) is organised by Herwave (“we”, “us”). It is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Google or Google Play.

2. Campaign period

Entries open on 10 October 2026. The closing date and the winner-announcement date will be announced shortly on herwaveapp.com/goa. Entries received outside the announced campaign period are not eligible.

3. Eligibility

• Open to women who are verified users of the Herwave app.
• Participants must be residents of India and of legal age to enter into this Campaign.
• You must register in the Herwave app using the same mobile number you submit in the entry form. An entry becomes eligible only once its mobile number matches a genuine Herwave app registration.
• You must follow Herwave on Instagram and Facebook and remain a follower through the winner announcement. Entries that do not follow both pages may be disqualified.
• Herwave staff involved in running the Campaign and their immediate families are not eligible.

4. How to enter

Download the Herwave app, register and complete your profile, then submit the entry form at herwaveapp.com/goa with your name, registered mobile number, and (optionally) email and city, and agree to these rules. One entry per person (per mobile number). Duplicate entries are removed.

5. Prizes

There are five (5) prizes, awarded to five separate winners:

• 1st prize — a sponsored Goa getaway: 2 Days / 1 Night (travel support + stay), total value up to ₹20,000.
• 2nd prize — a mobile phone.
• 3rd prize — an Amazon voucher worth ₹5,000.
• 4th prize — a premium watch.
• 5th prize — buffet dinner passes for two people.

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. We may substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary. For the Goa trip, travel dates are subject to availability and mutual scheduling; the winner is responsible for valid ID and personal expenses not expressly included.

6. Winner selection & notification

Five winners will be selected at random from all eligible participants after the Campaign closes, and ranked 1st to 5th for the prizes above. Each winner will be contacted using the mobile number and/or email provided. If a winner cannot be reached or does not respond within 7 days, or is found ineligible, another eligible participant may be drawn in their place. No participant may win more than one prize.

7. Referrals

Participants may share a personal link to invite friends. Referrals help grow the Herwave community; each friend who registers and enters is a separate eligible participant. Referrals must be genuine — fake, incentivised-by-third-parties, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.

8. Use of your data

Information you submit is used only to administer this Campaign (verifying eligibility, contacting the winner) and is handled in line with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data.

9. General

• We may amend, suspend or cancel the Campaign if required (e.g. for fraud, technical failure, or reasons beyond our control).
• Our decisions on all matters relating to the Campaign are final.
• By entering, you confirm you have read and agree to these rules.
