You can permanently delete your Herwave account and personal data at any time. Here’s how, and exactly what happens.
Fastest way — inside the app
- Open Herwave and go to Profile → Settings.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
- Your account is deactivated instantly.
Can’t access the app? Request it here
Enter the mobile number registered with your account. We’ll verify and delete it. This form only requests deletion — it does not expose any account data.
What gets deleted
- Your profile, photos, bio, and personal details.
- Your matches, chats, connections, and posts.
- Your location, trusted contacts, and safety data.
What we keep briefly: records we’re legally required to retain — such as payment/booking receipts for tax and dispute purposes — are kept for the statutory period, then deleted. These contain no profile content.
